FACILITIES AND ASSEMBLY

The Company's principal research and development functions are carried out at headquarters located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Key components of the MEDICEYE are contracted out to several high-tech companies in Western Canada who specialize in miniturization of electronic components (as required in satellites).

Upon completion and receipt of these key components, the units are assembled at the Company's facility in Calgary to ensure the highest standard of quality control, enhancing the integrity of the product.
