CURRENT DEVELOPMENT

RUNCORP Inc. has reached an agreement to acquire Hyperbaric Oxygenation Corporation (HOC). HOC is a leader in "Science-based, Natural Medicine".

We are investigating the possibility of acquiring existing Healthcare Supply Companies to enhance our medical supply distribution network.

THE FUTURE

RUNCORP Inc. will become the most influential and dominant player in the development of innovative healthcare solutions. We shall defend our primary market through product evolution while responding to market needs. As we create opportunities in both our primary and cross border markets we will increase our knowledge base and expertise on our chosen directions.

Our intention is to be profitable within the first eighteen months of operation.

Establishing our innovative healthcare solutions and utilizing existing distribution channels by acquiring existing Healthcare companies, it is the Company's intent to be the number one supplier of healthcare products on the West Coast of North America. The healthcare supply industy is extremely fragmented and consists of specialized suppliers of products and services for home healthcare and rehabilitation. The Company has recognized that an opportunity exists due to the fragmentation of the industry. Consolidation of the industry will provide greater margins through centralized buying, warehousing, distribution and administration systems, and a natural outlet for the MEDICEYE product.
