About David Phan
Mr. Phan is responsible for the strategic planning and corporate
development for RUNCORP, Inc. Mr. Phan started his own
business in 1992 and grew the company's sales from $700,000 to $12,000,000
a year by the end of 1998. Mr. Phan sold the business and became President of the company in 1999. He sits on the boards of several hi-tech companies, financed with venture capital. Mr. Phan has over fifteen years
of experience as a senior financial officer for various international and
regional manufacturing companies. Mr. Phan graduated as a Certified
Management Accountant in 1985 and is presently a member in good standing
with the Society of Management Accountants of Alberta.
