Remote Utilities Network, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has recently received notification from the Securities and Exchange Commission, dated May 30, 2000, stating that there would be no review of the Form 10-SB registration statement filed by the Company on May 24, 2000. Pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, the Company's registration statement will become effective on July 24, 2000.
